The Goal Achieving Process

You may be surprised to know that most people do not have a clear plan for what they intend to experience. So the first step in the goal achieving process is to establish clear measurable goals in each of the Three Pillars of our life

1. Health
2. Relationships
3. Money

Once we establish the goals and the time frame for achieving these goals, it is very important to define the daily action steps we will take that will result in goal achievement.

Where Most of Us Screw Up Goal Achievement

When setting goals most of the people I know (and I catch myself doing this all the time) think in terms of “this is what I want!”.  We dismiss or do not remember the Law of Attraction which tells us the Universe delivers back to us the vibration that we send out.  So when we “want” we create more of the situations that result in us “wanting”.

Our opportunity is to recognize that all we intend to experience is already here for us to manifest.  We seem to ignore or block our personal power. I feel the number one way that we block this power is by focusing on what we want to experience.  Numerous thought leaders throughout history remind us that the more we help others experience what they prefer, the faster we can experience what we prefer.  The focus on helping others experience what we personally intend to experience has a big bonus called the multiplier effect.  The multiplier effect is where we do something that helps more than one person, we receive back the energy from multiple people.  This may be challenging to accept because we often look for evidence. Thing is the Law of Reciprocity is always working and is timeless.  Timeless is the reason we are not always able to correlate what we do for others as benefiting ourselves in a measurable way.

Study the Laws and Principles in depth if that serves you. In the meantime, focus on the process of being grateful for what you intend to experience being already here, taking the inspired action that leads to goal experiencing and remember the more we help others to experience their intentions the faster we will experience ours.

I vividly remember reading “Thank God Anyway” in the book Dynamic Laws of Prosperity. I personally have not had as much appreciation for gratitude as I have this week. I know we have a huge opportunity to deepen our appreciation for The Laws of The Universe with every event that seems to be opposite of what we intend.

Remember The Law of Opposites

The Law of Opposites like the Law of Attraction is always working…remember to know hot you need to know cold and to know light you need to know dark and the Universe works on polarity and so on. When we are creating the experiences we intend to show up on the physical plane, the opposite appears first. Our opportunity is to be in gratitude for every experience we have. “Thank you God for this gift…the treasure that is in this experience” regardless of the experience. I was reminded of that this week in my re-reading Happier Than God. One day I may share with you the magnitude of this guidance for me this week. For now I want you to understand that no matter what you are experiencing when you understand your power of attraction and the laws of Attraction, Opposite, Wisdom, Wonder and Cycles (thank you God for Neale Donald Walsch) you can move from judgement into gratitude and from gratitude to creating the live of your dreams.

I hope you are doing great. However if you are in pain, if you are in fear, if you are very stressed consider this following story:

A little thing can be enormously significant. Retired Brigadier General Robinson Risner was a prisoner of war in North Vietnam for more than seven years. He was in solitary confinement for five of those years.

He suffered from cold, heat, malnutrition, and lack of fresh air. He was totally deprived of any human comfort. He jogged in his cell by the hour. When he became so frustrated he had to scream, he stuffed his underwear into his mouth to muffle the scream. He would not give his captors the satisfaction of knowing his frustration.

One day, in the depths of despair, General Risner lay down on the floor and looked all around his small cell. He put his eye next to the cinder blocks, hoping that there would be a crack in one of them. Fortunately, there was a minute opening and he saw a single leaf. Later he stated that seeing that evidence of life outside was a tremendously uplifting and life-changing event.

The Process of Personal Creation

“Create a happy, peaceful, joyous life for everyone whose life you touch and for you…..In That Order”

Throughout the Conversation With God series of books and in Neale’s  numerous other books as well as most every other enlightenment resource ever written we are reminded help others experience what we intend to manifest and it shall be done.  Examples include: if you desire love, give love. If you desire a relationship with God help others develop a relationship with God.

Why is that so?  Why are we advised  to help others experience what we intend to manifest?

The answer for me is that when I am focused on myself I am building an energetic barrier to creating what I intend to manifest. I move into the state of “I Want”.  If you follow what is published here and for those who subscribe to the FREE Course “7 Steps To Manifesting Your Dreams” you know The Law of Attraction teaches us that we always are creating. And if we are in the state of “I Want” we are creating exactly that …the continuation of experiences that support the “I Want”  state.

When we are focused on creating a happy, peaceful, joyous life for everyone whose life we touch, we are in the state of Unconditional Love which is the state of God. In that state we unblock the flow of good that is our birthright.  I personally find that is true.  When I am writing, teaching, coaching I am my happiest. I am also most challenged when I am not focused on helping others.

- manifest the spirit of these special days into each day of the year. “Create a happy, peaceful, joyous life for everyone whose life you touch and for you …in that order.”

I had tried everything from reading the book The Secret and watching the dvd multiple times to hpz brainwave movies that i found on youtube. I kept searching and searching the world wide web for answer’s becasue lets face it there are tons of websites that claim they have the answers. Then they want to charge you $400 for those answers , which to me doesn’t really seem fair to charge for something that technically will always be free.

On February 21, 2011 ( I will never forget the date because I wrote it down and it was important to me to document my experience ) I came across the 7 steps Link for the Manifest Mastermind Program.  I  was emailed all the 7 steps over a short period of time.  I was thrilled because not only did i start to see change by using the steps but I could also feel change , like eating better … thinking better.

So I decided to give the program a shot and pay the $37 dollars a month.  I thought of it as an investment and the key to my$500 million dollar fortune so it really was a great bargain. As of today:

I have been on the cover of a magazine ,

been featured in a national magazine that is available everywhere ( CURVE ) .

I am the lead singer  Lady Soal.

My Facebook fan page Likes went from 600-1009 likes.

I have 2 professional music videos , radio interviews ,

my bands’ songs are also played in regular rotation on the radio.

I also have 2 mastermind partners and they can tell you the same thing I can that .. the Manifest Mastermind Program has changed their lives .

The list goes on of the things Manifest Mastermind has helped me to achieve by giving me the deep understanding that my thoughts feelings and core belief in myself are what creates my life .  I am forever grateful for Steve Pohlit  taking the time to create and dissect the law of attraction in a way that speaks to people who are more visual learners.

This part of my story  is a part of the manifest because I always thought to myself when I get really famous and people ask me what I did , I am gonna tell them the truth: I made a list and I swore that list was it and I called it the Manifest Mastermind Treasure Chest. So now we have had this brief reminder, let’s talk about Perfect Stupid.  Perfect Stupid is where we are feeling ..down…or what we label stressed because of what someone else is not doing, or doing or some situation we are experiencing we definitely don’t prefer.  One of these “I don’t prefer” situations falls in one of the three pillars of  relationships, money or health.

Perfect Stupid is where we completely understand that no matter how we feel about it we are not going to change what the other person is doing or not doing or the situation we are observing or experiencing.  Yet we go right on choosing to feel bad, down or stressed out.  That is Perfect Stupid.

Now how do you think I am able to be so clear about this?  So Stupid may be Perfect but it is still Stupid! Those feelings block our connection to inspiration and that is really Stupid because we know better! …Just Sayin!

Recently I was re-reading The Power of Now and I realized how true it is for me that our minds often (or always) are controlling our experiences. Our thoughts are mostly everywhere else except the present moment experience. Spiritual masters universally advise mediation to clear the mind in order to experience our Beingness some prefer to describe this as One with the God within us and all.

In Oneness there are no limits.

In today’s world it is challenging for many to find a secluded space and set aside time for mediation. Personally even when flying, my thought patterns are interrupted by announcements from the flight attendants, noise from other passengers and changes in the air patterns causing the plane to rock. Is there another alternative?

How To Achieve A State of Being In The Now..Being In The Present

First be reminded of why even thinking about being in the now is important. Quieting the mind is the way to be one with Being, Spirit, God. This Oneness connects our physical self with our Source. Our Source has no limits and when connected we allow this energy to work through us. Manifest Mastermind members receive in-depth guidance on releasing energy blocks plus much more. Personalized coaching accelerates this process as it brings heightened awareness with personal accountability.

A technique I have been testing personally and am now sharing with you is to imagine yourself in a room with your physical self in one part of the room (I use an imaginary divider) and your spiritual or energetic self in another part of the room.

More specifically allow your physical self to be the part of you controlled by your brain. The brain that is always thinking about what has happened in the past and what you are going to be doing next or into the future. This is also the brain that worries and is the trigger for all negative emotions.

In the other part of the room is your spiritual self. It is important to know that this means the energy that is connected with the moment as the part of you not connected to the moment is in the other part of the room. Plan your day and move to the brain side of the room when you are thinking about which roads to drive or what to buy at the grocery store. But then after you do your planning, move to the other side of the room and merge with the experience of the now.

Compassion: all are encouraged to send the energy of love, peace, health,  strength and images of no more damage to so many affected by the earthquake and Tsunami.  All are encouraged to send energy images of peaceful resolution of the nuclear meltdown threat  and possibility of radiation exposure.

Support: this is the time for people of all nations to come together as fast as possible with basic necessities then support in rebuilding.

Spiritual Awareness: Why the earth reacted with an earthquake and tsunami is not known.  Why it happened in Japan is not known.  Why there was a violent reaction by our planet is generally known.

The Universe responds to what we send out.  This is the Law of Attraction. Our world is full of leaders maneuvering for human power over many. There are wars, acts of terrorism and many other actions by all of us opposite  Unconditional Love.  There comes a point when the Universe corrects for the energy it is receiving opposite of Unconditional  Love.  The earthquake and tsunami was a correction.  The economic meltdown starting in 2008 was a correction. The lost continents in the history of the earth were a correction.

We seem to forget the Law of Cause and Effect.  The crisis in Japan will pass.  However, there will be other traumatic events as long as there is powerful energy  being sent that is opposite Unconditional Love.

The Life Rights mantra by Temple Hayes provides great practical guidance.. the right of all to live their intentions in freedom and peace. The faster all of us adopt the belief and knowing we are all One and treat each other that way, the faster we will experience sustainable peace, calm and unbelievable prosperity by all people of all nations.
