The Goal Achieving Process

You may be surprised to know that most people do not have a clear plan for what they intend to experience. So the first step in the goal achieving process is to establish clear measurable goals in each of the Three Pillars of our life

1. Health
2. Relationships
3. Money

Once we establish the goals and the time frame for achieving these goals, it is very important to define the daily action steps we will take that will result in goal achievement.

Where Most of Us Screw Up Goal Achievement

When setting goals most of the people I know (and I catch myself doing this all the time) think in terms of “this is what I want!”.  We dismiss or do not remember the Law of Attraction which tells us the Universe delivers back to us the vibration that we send out.  So when we “want” we create more of the situations that result in us “wanting”.

Our opportunity is to recognize that all we intend to experience is already here for us to manifest.  We seem to ignore or block our personal power. I feel the number one way that we block this power is by focusing on what we want to experience.  Numerous thought leaders throughout history remind us that the more we help others experience what they prefer, the faster we can experience what we prefer.  The focus on helping others experience what we personally intend to experience has a big bonus called the multiplier effect.  The multiplier effect is where we do something that helps more than one person, we receive back the energy from multiple people.  This may be challenging to accept because we often look for evidence. Thing is the Law of Reciprocity is always working and is timeless.  Timeless is the reason we are not always able to correlate what we do for others as benefiting ourselves in a measurable way.

Study the Laws and Principles in depth if that serves you. In the meantime, focus on the process of being grateful for what you intend to experience being already here, taking the inspired action that leads to goal experiencing and remember the more we help others to experience their intentions the faster we will experience ours.

I vividly remember reading “Thank God Anyway” in the book Dynamic Laws of Prosperity. I personally have not had as much appreciation for gratitude as I have this week. I know we have a huge opportunity to deepen our appreciation for The Laws of The Universe with every event that seems to be opposite of what we intend.

Remember The Law of Opposites

The Law of Opposites like the Law of Attraction is always working…remember to know hot you need to know cold and to know light you need to know dark and the Universe works on polarity and so on. When we are creating the experiences we intend to show up on the physical plane, the opposite appears first. Our opportunity is to be in gratitude for every experience we have. “Thank you God for this gift…the treasure that is in this experience” regardless of the experience. I was reminded of that this week in my re-reading Happier Than God. One day I may share with you the magnitude of this guidance for me this week. For now I want you to understand that no matter what you are experiencing when you understand your power of attraction and the laws of Attraction, Opposite, Wisdom, Wonder and Cycles (thank you God for Neale Donald Walsch) you can move from judgement into gratitude and from gratitude to creating the live of your dreams.

I hope you are doing great. However if you are in pain, if you are in fear, if you are very stressed consider this following story:

A little thing can be enormously significant. Retired Brigadier General Robinson Risner was a prisoner of war in North Vietnam for more than seven years. He was in solitary confinement for five of those years.

He suffered from cold, heat, malnutrition, and lack of fresh air. He was totally deprived of any human comfort. He jogged in his cell by the hour. When he became so frustrated he had to scream, he stuffed his underwear into his mouth to muffle the scream. He would not give his captors the satisfaction of knowing his frustration.

One day, in the depths of despair, General Risner lay down on the floor and looked all around his small cell. He put his eye next to the cinder blocks, hoping that there would be a crack in one of them. Fortunately, there was a minute opening and he saw a single leaf. Later he stated that seeing that evidence of life outside was a tremendously uplifting and life-changing event.

The Process of Personal Creation

“Create a happy, peaceful, joyous life for everyone whose life you touch and for you…..In That Order”

Throughout the Conversation With God series of books and in Neale’s  numerous other books as well as most every other enlightenment resource ever written we are reminded help others experience what we intend to manifest and it shall be done.  Examples include: if you desire love, give love. If you desire a relationship with God help others develop a relationship with God.

Why is that so?  Why are we advised  to help others experience what we intend to manifest?

The answer for me is that when I am focused on myself I am building an energetic barrier to creating what I intend to manifest. I move into the state of “I Want”.  If you follow what is published here and for those who subscribe to the FREE Course “7 Steps To Manifesting Your Dreams” you know The Law of Attraction teaches us that we always are creating. And if we are in the state of “I Want” we are creating exactly that …the continuation of experiences that support the “I Want”  state.

When we are focused on creating a happy, peaceful, joyous life for everyone whose life we touch, we are in the state of Unconditional Love which is the state of God. In that state we unblock the flow of good that is our birthright.  I personally find that is true.  When I am writing, teaching, coaching I am my happiest. I am also most challenged when I am not focused on helping others.

- manifest the spirit of these special days into each day of the year. “Create a happy, peaceful, joyous life for everyone whose life you touch and for you …in that order.”

Today I thought of a recording I have of a very special event that was held in 2008 for a private group. I was not there. However I received this recording as a gift from the event organizer in connection with a book release.  Very few people have this recording and  I would not be surprised if most who have it have forgotten it. I have not and while I do not have authorization to share it with you I can share a key point of guidance from that weekend seminar.

In summary, we either serve memory or inspiration.  Memory is the data bank of everything we carry with us including that which is in our DNA. Some of us know that this data bank goes way back in time to our prior lives which can be a huge number.  Most of us react, reflect and devote energy to sifting and sorting through this maze of memory and react based on our historical experiences.  There is an alternative which is to serve inspiration. This means we energetically clear memory and focus on inspired creation.

I have a group on Facebook named Deliberate Creation and a Facebook Page named Law of Attraction Action. This are based on my belief we can deliberately create our experiences as opposed to going through life and seeing what happens.  There is considerable attention paid to this in numerous publications including Deliberate Creation by Abraham Hicks and Conversations With God. The two masters of memory and inspiration are directly connected to the profound understanding for me that I Am Responsible.  I have written about that on numerous occasions.

I was mesmerized by Randy’s experiences and thought “wow..and I thought I had some difficulties!” Then I heard it….Randy’s one question that made everything very clear for me. Randy has become a very successful speaker, teacher, writer and businessman. So hearing him describe the challenges he faced in the earlier days of his life was especially captivating. As he concluded the highlights of those experiences he asked “who was the one person who was always at the scene of the crime?” In an instant I got the message: I am responsible!

Since that lesson I have learned more about what books and teachers guided Randy. I have learned the lesson of “I am responsible” goes back to the beginning of our race with the first hunter understanding that “if it is to be (my family is fed) it is up to me”.

It is not the phase of the moon or the position of the stars that determines our outcome. Our outcome is created by our thoughts and our actions. Possible one of the most difficult lessons to accept is that we create our destiny and there are no limits to what we can create. This is only difficult because most of us are taught limitations.

Action Step

Each day decide those areas of your focus and attention that could use some adjustment. Then use your Manifest Mastermind Treasure Chest (daily journal) to focus on shifting your attention to what is possible and your commitment to accepting it is not the government, your spouse, your parents, your employer or anyone else who is responsible for you. You are responsible.

Now go out and create some miracles.

I grew up in the traditional Catholic culture…Latin mass, alter boy,  Catholic grade school and high school. My ethnic heritage is very traditional Catholic. I certainly appreciate and respect  my friend’s posture. He and all have the right to express different beliefs.  I once did.

Today I am in a state of knowing …..an absolute feeling of just knowing and having no doubt about it.  This means I have no doubt for me.  I write many articles that explain this knowing.  I offer in-depth guidance to Manifest Mastermind members and coach those who choose one on one.

How did I move to a place of knowing?  I felt my belief system was not working for me. Much of what I had been taught made no sense to me and when I observed the results of  organized religious belief systems including those that  have been around thousands of years,  I noticed as a race we continue to have enormous issues in our world.  Organized religion is like government for me …power based.  However, please do not conclude that I have the universal conclusion organized religion is wrong or not helpful. My observations are that the religious and governmental systems we have in place  have not succeeded in establishing the respect and honor of the right of all to live their intentions in freedom and peace. That is the Life Rights mantra of Temple Hayes.

Now I have addressed the two topics you should avoid in a networking situation or a party: namely, politics and religion.  So if you are still with me, I began researching and studying in earnest about 6 years ago and Oneness struck a major chord.  For me everything makes total sense when I began to all are of One energy source.  All the rest of the work for me continues to be clarifying that knowing  for myself and evolving into a person whose life reflects this knowing.  I feel that is a continual evolution.

How does all of this relate to Holy Week, Easter and what Jesus Wants Us To Know?  I felt it was important for you to understand my foundation knowing system which is Universal Law and that God does not discriminate. Whatever anyone defines as their purpose can be achieved by allowing God within to experience the manifestation of our intended purpose as defined by us.

Jesus learned this Universal Law and became in alignment with it.  He understood and demonstrated what was possible when you allow Spirit, God, Being…to work through you. He was so good at it that He was able to demonstrate what most considered to be amazing results that we label miracles.  He demonstrated what many consider to be beyond belief..he rose from the state of human death.

Do you think Jesus has been the only one who demonstrated the ability to rise from the dead ?  I don’t. There are many books with references to other Ascended Masters.  This time of year is a great reminder that what Jesus demonstrated was possible for all and He said we could do more. Please take this in the context of how we live our lives.  We have the opportunity to send out Unconditional Love to everyone we meet.

Celebrate the message of Jesus….Love Your Neighbor as Yourself !  Actually, you are your neighbor so that should be easy….unless you live near a place occupied by what we would label rough people. Then it may not seem so easy.  However, it is no less  important.

Recently I was re-reading The Power of Now and I realized how true it is for me that our minds often (or always) are controlling our experiences. Our thoughts are mostly everywhere else except the present moment experience. Spiritual masters universally advise mediation to clear the mind in order to experience our Beingness some prefer to describe this as One with the God within us and all.

In Oneness there are no limits.

In today’s world it is challenging for many to find a secluded space and set aside time for mediation. Personally even when flying, my thought patterns are interrupted by announcements from the flight attendants, noise from other passengers and changes in the air patterns causing the plane to rock. Is there another alternative?

How To Achieve A State of Being In The Now..Being In The Present

First be reminded of why even thinking about being in the now is important. Quieting the mind is the way to be one with Being, Spirit, God. This Oneness connects our physical self with our Source. Our Source has no limits and when connected we allow this energy to work through us. Manifest Mastermind members receive in-depth guidance on releasing energy blocks plus much more. A technique I have been testing personally and am now sharing with you is to imagine yourself in a room with your physical self in one part of the room (I use an imaginary divider) and your spiritual or energetic self in another part of the room.

More specifically allow your physical self to be the part of you controlled by your brain. The brain that is always thinking about what has happened in the past and what you are going to be doing next or into the future. This is also the brain that worries and is the trigger for all negative emotions.

In the other part of the room is your spiritual self. It is important to know that this means the energy that is connected with the moment as the part of you not connected to the moment is in the other part of the room. Plan your day and move to the brain side of the room when you are thinking about which roads to drive or what to buy at the grocery store. But then after you do your planning, move to the other side of the room and merge with the experience of the now.
