Thank you for the always timely reminders. One of the tips that’s had the biggest effect on me is to look everywhere for messages I’m intended to receive. They really are there when I am looking.

Got a few cents to share …

Just picked up on 2 aspects of your post that I would like to comment on …

1. you said: My intention today and always is deflect all situations that can cause negative emotions within me.
I believe the only thing that “causes” negative emotions is the meaning I choose to attach to a situation/event (not the situation itself) and what aspects of the situation I choose to focus on.
Therefore, I would suggest instead of deflecting, perhaps embrace the situation for the opportunity to look for positive aspects and then choose to focus on that aspect. Otherwise, there is that underlying vibration of resistance to the situation.

2. The other gem in my treasure chest is to give yourself permission to allow something to be important, but always realise … in fact, KNOW deep down, that no matter where you are in the moment, you also have the ability to consciously create whatever you want. KNOWING that, at a vibrational level, is soooo liberating for me that I no longer resist any situation, but when I WANT to, I just move on.

THAT is what true “freedom” is all about … when you can BE whatever regardless of the external circumstances in your life.

Love to connect on these topics

Thanks for the reminder. It is so easy to get sucked down into the vortex of negativity or to let outside things influence moods.

Hi Steve
Thankyou for the great article. Always bang on the money.
I have noticed and it is quite uncanny how much of what I think actually comes to pass. This is so awesome only if we focus on the good and positive. It is like having an internal fortune teller at work. Intuition is also so key as it really is going with your gut and listening to the little voice inside that so often we squash. I wish I had not squashed it in the past as I would have saved myself a slew of money!
Have and awesome day.

Steve,
One thing that is hard for many people is to identify an emotion unless it is an extreme. What suggestions do you have for someone to understand what they are feeling under the numbness of “automated” life?

Simply pay attention.
