This is such a great reminder. I’ve been finding my mind wandering towards the same thought patterns lately and it’s not healthy for me; so today I’m going to focus more on the now instead of on what was or what could be :)

As always Steve, wise words from a wize man. :-)
When you start to notice these thoughts that are always going on you can begin to change that which you want to change. replacing thoughts that do not serve you with thoughts that serve you well.

When you pay attention to your breath you might be surprised that you are often holding your breath. What thoughts are occuring when you do this?
