I have found that since my mother’s series of heart attacks in December that I am a lot more tired, moody, and less focused. I am constantly thinking of how she is doing. I am picturing her healthy and recovered, but it is an uphill struggle with all the negative news.
I am hoping this is just a temporary setback. I have to get back into the positive mindset that is more powerful. However right now, my first weekend since December that I am spending the whole one home, all I want to do is sleep.
