There is One Sources of energy: God

There are two expressions of energy:

1.) God/Source/Divinity

2.) Me/Physical Self

I take care of my physical self with the right foods, hydration and exercise. When I am in the state of vibrant physical energy, I find an effortless connection of my ideas and thoughts with Source Energy. Opposite that state, I turn myself to God, and ask that I be carried for awhile. I always am.
