your breath is like the spirit of God you don’t see it but, you know it is always there.Like the breeze from the wind you can not see it but you know it is there.

Following my breath is exactly how I enter the silence, or have my daily quiet time, as I call it.
I don’t enter the silence 20 times a day. Not that I’m aware of anyway, but I do try to do it at least once a day for as long as it takes. Have not timed it, but my guess is it’s anywhere from 5 – 15 minutes & my take is that it has an effect & does affect how things pan out.
Try it & be amazed!

I have a tidal river the flows behind my house, either in or out and love to watch it for a minute or 2 before closing my eyes and “watching my breath”.

I chant mantras out loud. i’ve found chanting to be very helpful in regulating my breathing. In addition, focusing on the mantra allows me to get rid of the noice much easier and increases my concentrate, taking me deeper.

I follow my breath. Also practice alternate nostril breathing. Yoga, and Reiki are other ways that are effective for me to enter the silence.

Silence is golden. Being silent is empowering. Take a moment of self-empowerment and choose to be silent.

Choose to Be with Silence.
