Everything you do or intend to create originates in your mind. You are not your mind. You are an individual manifestation of the Divine. The same Divine that created everything in the Universe is in every cell of you. When your cells are replaced you remain.
Science has shown that every cell in our body is replaced in less than a year. I have seen this referenced in books dating back to the early 1900′s so this is not new. Considering our physical self is replaced, we are who we are as a result of the Divine in us. That being the case, there is a huge shift available to all which is to honor and be grateful all the time for this Energy in motion. What most of us do most of the time is give our attention to our outer world.

Space is the time spent being silent and powerfully connecting with Source. This is particularly important as we focus on those dreams and desires we intend to manifest. This is particularly important in expressing gratitude for all we experience in our life. This is important whether you are focused on relationships, health or financial situations in your life. This is important for your personal and professional life.
Sometimes when we go to the silence we are intending to receive specific guidance. Sometimes we are focused on a definite purpose we are intending to manifest. At all times God responds. We are never denied. When it seems like we are not being heard, we are not being open to the messages and we are usually thinking we will have instant answers since we are time based people. God does not use a clock.
Creating your space does not mean you have to go to a mountain top and meditate. It can mean spending time without distractions studying self development resources. It can mean focusing your attention during part of a walk or other times during the day. The key I believe is creating some time where you will not be interrupted and when you purposely turn your thoughts to your intentions, your dreams, your requests and turn your thoughts silent to listen.
