Expansion Mindset

We are intended to expand.  In Conversations With God we are reminded of the purpose of relationships is to contribute to the mutual expansion of self. I love the passage where we are advised to “fall head over heels in love as often as we want, but if it is a partner we want, we should give that some thought.”

I recently wrote a detailed guidance process for Manifest Mastermind members on relationships exploring this in much greater detail. I encourage all to think about relationships from an expanded mindset which means that everything in our life is a relationship with us. It is our outlook toward the person, event or thing that determines whether that relationship expands our self or not.

This morning reading the daily guidance in Science of Mind, I was reminded of what most of us are influenced by on a daily basis. We experience news of the economy, illness, deaths of celebrities and other such negative headlines that journalists feel they are responsible for bringing to our attention.  Then there are the people we know and meet. Often times the discussions turn to these negative events and we fuel the expansion of them within ourselves.

I choose the knowing all is actually very well from a spiritual or Source Energy point of view. Peace, happiness, prosperity are within.  It is my knowing that I have all I need within to manifest my dreams and so do you. I see it all the time as soon as I am focused on expanding myself.

Just this week,  a lady wrote me a note in response to one of my messages sent to the Deliberate Creation group on Facebook. So as I often do I visited her profile and noticed an area of interest that I was not familiar with. So I Googled it and my eyes went wide open to discover this information. I am not holding back on you, I am just not ready to share this until I have had more time with what I discovered.

I wrote a note of appreciation to her and then learned about several other areas where  the work she was doing was actually an expansion of several areas I am focused on. Now this is all positive and people seem to pop up a lot for me who contribute to my expansion. Of course my intent is to contribute to theirs.  In this state of energy, am I immune to the negative headlines?  No but when they get through the barrier I have set up for such information, I quickly let them go as I know how many wonderful and marvelous people and events there are for me to experience and I do when I am in the awareness of being open to expansion.

An expansion mindset is a Deliberate Creation mindset and is the core energy of appreciating all that is wonderful right now as we move toward an expanded view we define as the life of our dreams. This is so important because we must appreciate the journey because life is always an journey.
