The chatter going on in our minds is directly linked to how we feel and the energy we are sending out to others. As you probably know The Law of Attraction is working all the time and we are always creating. It is valuable to be aware of what we are thinking about and learn to refocus our thoughts on creating what we prefer. Here is a suggestion:
This week I have placed reminders near my computer, my phone and a couple other places where they are noticeably visible. If you use a specific color you already know what the reminder is without even having to write something on the note paper.
My reminder this week is to pay attention to what I am saying to myself. Most likely it is not anything focused or in alignment with what I am intending to create so I adjust my thinking. I find that it is helpful to pick one topic and using one or more of my favorite resource materials, conclude on the self talk I want to have flowing through.
For example, it seems natural to intend to be more focused and centered on what we do throughout the day. I know I am and like most people there are plenty of time bandits after my time. So I intend the creation of my day at the start noting my link to my dreams (Guidance Process 1 and supporting Treasure Chest) Then I have a reminders to stay focused on my intentions.
1. Intend
2. Center you vibrational focus on the intention
3. Repeat.
It is a simple as 1, 2, 3
