LOOK INTO THOSE EYES AND REMEMBER WHO YOU ARE!

You were born to continue the perfection that you are were born with, and I am here to gently remind you just how powerful you already are.

Everything you want to be is within you already, all you have to do is clear your conditioned mind to remember ~ I am already the perfection…

Self-esteem is merely feeling good about yourself, and when you do so, you develop confidence. Confidence then builds self-esteem, each step feeds upon the other. Once you get the rhythm going, you can accomplish almost anything.

Since self-esteem is what you think about yourself, you have the freedom to think anything you want. So why would you want to belittle yourself?

You were born extremely confident… if you didn’t know that, you now do! Yes YOU have the freedom to think anything YOU want. You came into this world knowing how wonderful you are. You were so perfect when you where a tiny baby. You didn’t have to do anything, you were already perfect, and you acted as if you were aware of that. You knew you were the centre of the Universe. You weren’t afraid to ask for what you wanted. You freely expressed your inner emotions. Your mother knew when you were angry and when you were happy. When you were happy your smile lit up the whole room. You were so full of love and confidence.

Every baby born into this world is born with love. Babies also love every part of their bodies. They have no guilt, no shame, no comparisons. They know they are unique and wonderful. You were like this in every way, Then somewhere during your childhood your well-meaning parents passed on their own insecure feelings of their past and present thoughts and taught you feelings of inadequacy and fear. At that point, you began to deny your own magnificence. These thoughts and feelings were never true and they certainly aren’t true now.

What I would like you to do now is to bring you back to that time when you really knew how to love yourself, just as you did unconditionally as the baby you were.

So I ask you now to look into a mirror. Mirror work is very powerful. When you look into a mirror it reflects our true feelings back to us. When most people look into a mirror with negative thoughts about themselves, not knowing what they are affirming for themselves to manifest more of not liking themselves.

Look at yourself in a mirror. Look at your eyes and make a positive declaration to yourself. Do this daily if you can. This is ones of the quickest way to get positive results with affirmations to learn to love you again.

If something unpleasant happens to you during the day, immediately go to a mirror and say “I love you always anyway”

Events come and go, but the love you have for yourself can be consistent, and it is the most important quality you possess in life. If something wonderful happens, go to the mirror and say “Thank YOU.”

Try to do your mirror work first thing in the morning and last thing in the evening. Look into your eyes and say: “I love you”, I really do love you, I accept myself just as I am”.

At first it might feel a little strange, but after a while you will feel a shift within you happen. Any blockages you had will remove very fast. Acknowledge every moment you give to yourself with love.

Your self-love will grow, and so will your self-respect and changes that you find yourself needing to make will be so much easier to accomplish. Love is never outside yourself it is always within you. As you are more loving, you will become more loveable.

Choose new thoughts to think about yourself. Tell yourself how magnificent you are and that you deserve and want the best… just like you did when you first arrived on Planet Earth. All you have to do is remember!

Every time you get a little thought of lack, think of that wonderful picture you were as a baby that was born to achieve everything it wanted!

Easy daily affirmations:

* I stand on my own two feet and I accept to use my own power
* It is always safe to speak up for myself clearly
* My self-esteem is high because I love myself just as I am
* Life supports me in every way possible
* I move through my life and I know that I am safe and this moment is perfect. I am divinely protect and guided in every way.
* I am perfect in every way.
* I remember who I am
* I accept others just as they are; and the in return accept me just as I am
* The greatest gift I can give to myself now and always is unconditional love who I am.
