I remember the day I realized how living upstream impacted others around me. I was in the grocery store and there was a hold up in the line, by the time I got to the cashier I was angry and not very pleasant. My ten year old son looked up at me and said "mom, why are you so mean to people, It wasnt her fault." As I left the store I realized that my reaction was my choice. It was not easy to change but I will say that I am much happier ,rarely angry, and I still have to wait in line occasionally.
