And then they wonder why they can't achieve their dreams. But in their defense - there is so much wrong information out there, and plain BS about eating a healthy diet that it's rare to find the truth. And if you think you have to exist on raw vegetables and tofu to be healthy, how motivated are you going to be? It's my mission to get that truth out there, and I'm very happy to see posts like this. If we could change this one thing, we could change a lot of the problems in the world. Sounds far-fetched, but it's true. Heck, all this health care stuff wouldn't even be a discussion. Take care of yourself! We must remember to restore our energy consistently, which means that we should also be monitoring our health consistently as well. Mindfulness has taught me to slow down, smell the roses, sense my surroundings, and then sense my needs. This is as important as our contributions to life. Quality. I totally agree with your article. Our thoughts, beliefs are energy and we are responsible for these thoughts in relation to our bodies. We do sabatoge our bodies with low energy foods & drink. Why do we keep doing this? We do need to focus on the energy of manifestation and be in sync as you say. Thanks for sharing an enlightening post. We all could use the gentle reminder! oh are you right on.
