I love the things you post..so many are like they have been pulled straight from my mind..like minds :)
I spent years looking back, sitting my the pool of sadness I made..realized only I can control my life. I could and did look away from the pool alot but it still owned me. Drained that sucker and yanked up my roots, and now roll in the day as it comes, like a sunflower I follow the day, and thank it for the wonders it shows me daily….thanks for being one of those wonders..

This article seems to be speaking straight at me. It has awakened me to the realisation that I am so caught up in the past that I am missing out on the wonders of the present.
Thank you for this article, Nina. I have a lot of work to do as I do realise it won’t be easy to break free from old habits but I will most certainly make an effort.
Thank you again, Nina, & Steve. Much appreciated & I love you.

Deepa.

Nina and Steve,
It is amazing how beautiful and innocent everything is in the moment it happens. It is true that only looking back with judgment or looking ahead with expectation spoils the magic of any moment.

I am fully in the beauty of this moment with all that I am.

I love you
Alexandra

I focus on this lesson all the time. Most have not been taught the “Power of Now” I know I wasn’t. I love this guidance and you.

We are the children of NOW!

Wrapped up in the warm Love of the Sun
we cry tears of JOY.

Know, this is our moment to grow.
Love, in this moment to sow.
Life, loves and leaves us;
each moment
to know.

Thank You for this priceless wisdom!
As You are a blessing to each of us.
May thus x 100 multiple blessings be
given back to YOU.

NOW!

Superb insight into *Now*.

Now is all that matters. Time is a figment of the imagination, a mechanism created by the patterns of the sun and the moon. Humans are the only creatures which use the concept of time; a migratory bird doesn’t pull out its calendar to figure out when to head south. It just knows. All animals have this knowing. Few people do.
