If you do some research on the meaning of this word, it could propel you into a lifelong study of philosophy. Personally, I prefer to take the meaning from Webster ..”state of being especially aware of something within oneself.”

In an article I read today, the lady was talking about her prayer to be in a new relationship. She then went on to acknowledge that her true self was not ready for that….some work was left unfinished repairing herself from a past experience.

It is very important for us to be very aware of  who we really are.  Who we really are meaning how we really feel about our life experiences really is the energy that we are sending out. Of course what we are sending out is what we are attracting.  So in the case of the woman praying for but not attracting a new relationship, she realized she wasn’t ready.

Now rather than over analyze this message and yourself, I suggest practicing becoming more aware of the now and just enjoy observing…the moment which means all that you are experiencing where ever you are. Be relaxed about it and while you are enjoying observing yourself in the moment, image yourself in harmony with the Oneness in you and in all.

Eckhart Tolle writes “observe the observer”.  When I do this, I find the mind chatter diminishing. When the chatter quiets down, how you feel about your experiences becomes more clear and you start having a deeper awareness of your consciousness.

Eckhart Tolle’s books including The Power of Now are wonderful. If you have not read any of his books, a great place to start is a small one titled “Practicing The Power of Now.”

Five years ago, I was facilitating  for the first time a small group discussion over a period of about six months on topics related to The Law of Attraction.  I told the story of how when I go to the beach to run and walk that I observed my thoughts about 99% of the time were somewhere else.

Various resources have taught me “thoughts become things”, “you are what you think about” and “where your thoughts are, there you are”.

These lessons are very true for me and if you examine your life you will find they are true for you as well.

I am grateful for the lessons that have helped clarify truth for me. These lessons are there for me all the time and especially those times when I find myself getting caught up in some outer circumstance that my ego says is important.

The truth is outer events…actions, situations, what others do and say are part of our experience here.  However, they are not who we are unless we choose to allow our consciousness to give the outer the power as opposed to the unlimited potential we have from within.

For me what I focus my attention on with emotion comes about. My intention today and always is deflect all situations that can cause negative emotions within me. “Dressed Head To Toe In Love” is the last line in the movie Sex and The City and the missing link for a very recent experience that I am now able to share with you.

About a year ago I noticed messages on the Facebook wall of a then recent friend. They were ….well special. After a few weeks I reached out to her and wrote that she was intended to reach a larger audience. She proceeded to tell me all the reasons why she was not going to do that. Well soon she is and more about that in the upcoming weeks. People who are really connected to their Beingness have few measurements of time. The expansion of her audience will happen when it happens….all I know is that it will happen.

With that background you may begin to appreciate my wondering how I can best tie this connection with her to a message that will begin to help you understand why I feel she is especially gifted in sharing wisdom. It is common for me to ask God for help when I have a message but I am not quite sure how to express it. That has been the case for the past three days. Then in an instant when I least expect it …there it is.

I knew there was a buzz about the movie Sex and The City and so I had Netflix deliver the DVD along with a couple more ..let’s say action movies. I gotta tell you I was ready to turn that movie off at least five different times, but I was curious about how the story lines would end up so I let it run. In the closing moment I heard it “Dressed Head To Toe In Love” and I knew that was the how I would describe the lady who you will learn more about in the coming months.

She is “Dressed Head To Toe In Love” and that is why she is in happiness and that is why she knows the outcome of most things she starts to do. That is why she has has not shut the door to my persistence that she is intended to reach a larger audience. When we are “Dressed Head To Toe In Love”, we are in absolute alignment with our Source, with God that is in every one of our cells. Beingness that is Unconditional Love. This alignment is the key to us Deliberately Creating our lives as we want them to be. When our energy is One with Unconditional Love there are no blockage to the Divine Source Energy within us.

I was not able to describe the woman I am referring to in this article until I heard the words “Dressed Head To Toe In Love” and then I knew. This is another example of the lesson I learned in Conversations With God in 2008 when I began studying that book. That lesson is is “Pay Attention To The Messages You Are Intended To Receive” I certainly always get an answer when I really ask. Sometimes I get direction when I am not asking. How cool is that?

The Law of Attraction works when we are clear about what we are manifesting.  Do not keep the Universe guessing is the guidance. To See It we must be very clear about what “It” is.

Feel It

In addition to seeing what we are creating, attach emotion to it…Feel It means feel that which we are creating as if “It” is physically already here.

Expect It

Doubt and Fear block the energy of creating.  Once we are clear about what we are creating then we go about our lives with the Expecting “It” will show up. Going about our lives included taking the action we are guided to take.

Enjoy It

Clarifying See It,  Feel It, Expect It, the “It” means anything you are intending to manifest whether it be health, relationships, prosperity.  The “It” in Enjoy It means the journey….enjoy the journey.

Adam Sandler in the movie “Click”  gives us a great visual lesson in what can happen when we think we will be happy when a certain outcome is experienced. Our greatest opportunity is to enjoy the journey. Right now is the only moment you have. Enjoy it while you pursue your ever expanding dreams.

The first message was from Jesus.  You either accept that or not.  Whatever you believe is true is absolutely true for you.

Today is Friday and I am at my physical  home.  My experiences have helped me focus on going deep regarding practical guidance for me that I can share with you. I watched the movie Buddha and discovered, nothing was written about him until 500 years after his death. Think about how people would have arrived at an accurate story.  I am not sure.

However, the story is a compelling one of his search for the answer. As told, he nearly died from deprivation in his search. Then he became still and he knew.  I felt the story offered great guidance on what we often make part of our lives that I feel we should dismiss.  Easy to understand, maybe more challenging for some to accept  and certainly for me requires focus and practice.

Top 10 List of What Should Be Dismissed

1. Denial is a ritual stemming from an idea .  We are here to enjoy opulence and abundance however you define them.  Dismiss Denial.

2. Be independent of the opinion of others. How you feel is of utmost importance and that results from what you focus on. Dismiss The Opinion of Others

3. The answer is within. Dismiss most of what you read, see and hear that purports to be the Truth…including this message unless your inner wisdom tells you otherwise.

4. Pain and suffering is not a prerequisite to enlightenment.  Dismiss guidance that says you must experience pain and suffering.

5. Happiness and joy is your birthright. Dismiss anything that suggests otherwise.

6. From birth we learn limitations. Dismiss limited beliefs.

7. Fear and judgement block our inner power which is Divine Love. Dismiss Fear and Judgement.

8. Selfishness is bliss. The best way we can help another is by hitting the mark ourselves in the areas of health, relationships and prosperity. Dismiss unselfishness as the meaning is intended here.

9. The Universe  is a mirror. What we send out we become. Dismiss all you don’t want coming back to you before you send it out.

10. The only moment we have is now and we can choose to be happy or not. Dismiss thoughts that incessantly take you into the past or the future…those are the source of pain, anger, fear and more.

The Key to happiness and manifesting all that you desire…not my words but those of Jesus channeled. The message is here but first let me ask you a couple of questions:

Do you know what channeling means?

Are you skeptical of the Law of Attraction…The Law of Creation?

Do you know that whatever you believe is true …is absolutely true…..for you?

Is your belief system supported by all available information for you and most important of all what is the feeling in your solar plexas when you articulate your belief system?

Are you able to articulate your belief system?

Some time ago I published the site Unconditional Love Hug This was inspired by my study of The Field, Ho’Oponnopono, Quantum Physics, and a lot more. I arrived at the conclusion that the same energy source is the foundation for all. That being the case, then it was easy for me to express unconditional love for that which I am completely opposed. Honestly this is easy to write and requires my full attention and many times forgiving myself.  That is how Ho’oponopono comes into it. That is the ultimate forgive yourself guidance in my book.

This morning I was spending time further developing my awareness and practicing how I can further improve my focus on my inner power which is ALL Powerful.  The resource material I was studying is the same one I have been working with for about 6 months. Near the end of this book Jesus said The Key is Divine Love.

We  judge behavior that we don’t understand as crazy. Judging blocks the power of our true self as does the constant noise of our mind. For me allowing the mind to control myself is my judgement of crazy.

Every thought leader throughout history presents the guidance of going to the silence. Echart Tolle offers great advice in the small book “Practicing The Power of Now”  Two steps I really enjoy are:

1. Observe the thinker – begin just observing your thoughts or mind chatter.
2. Pay close attention to the simplest of movements…walking up stars, washing your hands. What do you observe, how is your breathing..being totally in the present.

Most do not prioritize practicing these steps because we have not fully understood and prioritized the why do this part. The why is in the power of allowing our true self to be. This is the power of the inner which is our Being.  Being is our Source of peace, happiness, manifesting our dreams.
